A one-day Strategic Planning Retreat will take place at the House, starting at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 6. Any DGT member may join with the Board to update the 2013 to 2018 Strategic Plan so that it now covers the period from January 2019 through December 2023. There will be a working lunch.  The agenda will include: (1) a review for changes if needed to the Mission and Values statements, (2) a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis; (3) a review and updating of the current strategies; (4) and list of outcomes, supportive activities and target dates (milestones) for moving forward on each of the strategies.
