Job Description Summary: Via direct, voice and email communications with the DGT Alumni Association’s Treasurer, and additional similar interactions with the President as needed, the Bookkeeper, an independent contractor, performs several bookkeeping tasks, on a monthly basis, to support sound financial management. These tasks principally include entering income and expense data, of between $6K and $7K in monthly transactions (+/- $80K/year), into Quickbooks, reconciling accounts, and generating monthly financial statements. Desired individual will work independently in their own home or office, and have advanced experience with Quickbooks, experience in bookkeeping for nonprofit organizations, and demonstrated professionalism.
